Run by the Leany family, our farm has raised Purebred Wagyu cattle for years in sunny southern Utah. From farm to table, our beef is raised by tender hands that are committed to protecting the defining characteristics of our award-winning Wagyu bloodlines. Unlike other “American Wagyu” that is 50% wagyu our luxury beef is Purebred Wagyu American Raised Japanese bloodlines focusing on rearing prized cattle that produce the most delicious beef with rich marbling and sublime flavors, we’re doing the work we love for the product we love.
